If you have a reseller plan with Compila, then please follow the following instructions for when you set up a new hosting plan:
- Firstly, you will need to point your domain name at your reseller area. Ths system will not recoginse that you have created
a hosting account and automatically marry the two. This is because if you have purchased a domain name only it will point toward our redirection manager service. As alll our accounts are spread over different servers you need to tell your domain which server your details are hosted on.
- You can find your DNS details by looking on the email that welcomes you to your reseller plan. If you do not have these anymore, then please email support@compila.com with your reseller account domain name and we can provide them for you. Once you have the details, please login to my.compila.com and click on change DNS to repoint the domain name.
- Once your domain name has updated, you can then follow any of the tutorials below to create an account for your new domain name
