Welcome to the Compila Support Department. Below, there are three areas where you can find help and advice on any of the services that you have with Compila. We have video tutorials that can show you how to use the various sections of your Cpanel, Plesk or Reseller account. Compila's online support area, is where you can send emails (Tickets) to our online support team, view and search our Knowledge base and FAQ. We also have some very useful downloadable graphical handbooks, which show you step by step how to use your hosting account.

	If you would like to send one of our departments an email or browse our FAQ section, then you can take advantage of our online technical support area. Please note that if you have not registered for this service you will need to do so if you wish to keep track of your tickets online. Otherwise you could simply email the department you wish to contact.

Compila have teamed up with demowolf.com to provide you with flash animated tutorials for the various control panels that we offer with your hosting. We have tutorials for Cpanel, Reseller Cpanel and also Windows Plesk control panel. Please note that you will need to have the Adobe flash player installed within your browser to view the tutorial. We have provided a free link to this on the next page.

	Compila realise that not all customers are up to speed with hosting and technical jargon, so have provided our customers with some downloadable PDF manuals that will allow you follow simple instructions on how to setup email or upload files to your web space. You will require Adobe Acrobat reader in order to read these manuals.
