I have been with Compila for over 8 years, since I started on the net and have had great service and fantastic support throughout!
Having now outgrown the Professional hosting I did not want to leave, so have recently changed to the Compila Power plan.
Only after I bought the Power plan did I realise it meant I would lose the support I so valued as the Power plan hosting is suppported by Compila US, not UK and as a non techie I was very daunted at the prospect of moving my sites - you cannot use the back up wizard as the Power plan does not have Cpanel.
However, after a couple of hiccups to begin with I am now finding the US support on the whole very helpful and very quick to respond via their ticket system, accessed via the control panel.
I would highly recommend Compila hosting for all aspects of service and support.
The only bugbear for me with the move to Power plan hosting is their editor in the control panel is not compatible with the Cpanel editors - so when I try to edit my web pages the format goes to pot!
Still to sort this yet, but for now am using the old Cpanel to update and then upload amended files to the Power site!
Other than that Compila are great!!! :-)
