I think you need more customer service training for people who do not uderstand the finer points of web hosting & no nonsense information to help current customers get the most from their service.

Since subscribing to Compila I have found cheaper plans elsewhere but have not moved because I do not know what the service would be like.
Whenever I have had a problem working out how to do something I have sent an email and received a prompt response to resolve the problem
