I found Compila customer support preferable when I set up my 2 websites with you. Especially in the early days of my websites when, although computer literate, I didn't know much about webhosting.

Occasional hiccups, but overall v. reliable and I always recommend you when anyone asks about web hosting.

Overhall satisfactory service but on a couple of occasions when there has been a fault at the server end it has taken a while to resolve or it has been fixed with no explanation.

You didn't need to sell it to me as an existing customer. I was getting really fed up with the image that I could see but everybody else saw another.

I could not fault the support that I received. With the email ping pong we got it sorted out.  I needed a print of my webpage to open a business account so that is why I needed it sorted out.

Thank you for being there.  Hope not to have to bother you again but if I need some help I know that you will be there.
