I've had a couple of issues with my hosting over the past 4 or 5 years, Compila support have always sorted the problems out quickly and efficiently.

in general highly satisfied although my hosted webmail does go offline at least monthly for a few minutes

webmaster facilities confusing, webmail a little awkward. Needs more explanantion to new users and those with little webmaster experience
