Just want to say a big big thank you to all staff involved in a domain and server change I asked Compila to arrange for me, on the details of moving in to Compila it stated:
If all goes well, then the domain name will take approx 5-7days to transfer from your existing host.

I had already notified the client of this and we had picked a couple of days that would cause the least disruption to the site “School holidays”

The move was put in motion at 9am and completed at 4pm THE SAME DAY one happy client and one very very impressed web designer. The resulting change as made the new site load quicker and as I use Joomla to administer the site so much faster to load content what used to take 5 minutes with the old host is taking me seconds.

I always promote Compila when dealing with clients and once again they have done the business

i had an issue getting the bundled cgi configuration to work (formmail - the ability to convert data entered in a contact form into an email) and looked around the compila support tutorials, to ensure i'd set things up correctly.

After looking for ages and not finding what i needed to know, i emailled the support staff and within half an hour, they'd sent me exactly what i needed to know, to resolve the issue i was having.

Now i have a form which collects all the correct data and sends it out to me by email!

yet again i'm glad they responded in a timely fashion - once more showing their excellent customer support response!

I e-mailed in a query about the webspace allowance on my "Bargain" web hosting package - it had gone up, I noticed, on the web page.  Although late in the evening, UK time, the response came through in just a couple of hours.  Amazing!!  How often do you e-mail queries to a company and think yourself lucky to even get an acknowledgement sometime the next day, never mind having the problem sorted!

Excellent Support! Super fast customer support! Glad to know that we do not need to wait for 24 hours responce or more - instead we get their responce as fast as in minutes! I am a customer that has continued to return to Compila for my Web Hosting and Domain handling. I currently work with around 6-7 domain and all which work flawlessly.

If i ever have any issues or concerns with any one site, i drop Compia an email and usually 9/10 i get an email response back within 30min.

I can honestly say hand on heart, i have nothing but praise and upmost respect for a company like this to handle not only the best customer service i have ever seen but to hold your site ( which is a key part of any business these days ) stable and reliable.
