Reseller Hosting Plans Review

What can I say, I have been using Compila for the past 4 years as a reseller and have found the technical support outstanding. Not only do issues that occur get resolved, they get resolved in super quick time. For example:

June 2011: While on holiday in Tunisia I picked up an email informing me one of my clients were almost on the limit of bandwith. I emailed support and within two minutes this was resolved. 

January 2012: A client informed me that his CMS system for his website had crashed (the fault of BT!) I emailed support and within 30 mins had a back up restored and site up and running again.

Now if you have ever dealt with any other hosting company you will know that support is pretty weak to say the least and contacting them almost impossible. Compila on the other hand have been great anytime I have needed support and this is why 70 of my clients sites are now hosted with Compila! (with more to come)

If you are looking for good quality hosting and a great price but more importantly with outstanding technical support you would be MAD to go anywhere else. Trust me you will not regret it.
