i had an issue getting the bundled cgi configuration to work (formmail - the ability to convert data entered in a contact form into an email) and looked around the compila support tutorials, to ensure i'd set things up correctly.

After looking for ages and not finding what i needed to know, i emailled the support staff and within half an hour, they'd sent me exactly what i needed to know, to resolve the issue i was having.

Now i have a form which collects all the correct data and sends it out to me by email!

yet again i'm glad they responded in a timely fashion - once more showing their excellent customer support response!
