If you are not happy
with your current host, or if they have
gone out of business, or you would like
to take
advantage of our incredible services and
prices,
you can transfer your domain(s) to us absolutely
free of charge. Please note your current
provider
may charge you a moving away fee.
How
it works... UK domain names (.co.uk, .org.uk, .me.uk)
UK
domain names without hosting:
Contact your current provider
and ask them to change the IPSTAG to COMPILA.
You can then sign up for our free redirection
manager
Notify our sales department
by email including your Name, Address, Telephone
No, and the Domain Name(s) you have transferred.
Renewal - you only pay
us when your domain comes up for renewal and
then you only pay our normal fee for UK domain
names (£2.94 + Vat pa).
UK
domain names with hosting:
Contact your current provider
and ask them to change the IPSTAG to COMPILA
You will need
to go to www.compila.com and buy hosting.
When prompted
for the domain name you require, please put
your domain name in the
second box which says "Transfer / if
you already own a domain name".
Once you have done this,
please email support@compila.com to let us
know and we will align the domain and hosting
for you.
Renewal - All of your domain's
renewal fees are included within the price
of your hosting, so there is nothing more
to pay.
How
it works... US domain names (.com, .net, .org, .biz,
.info, .name, .us)
US
domain names without hosting:
Contact your current provider
and ask them to UNLOCK the domain name and
provide you with the transfer authorisation
(EPP) code.
Please fill
out the Word or PDF form below and fax it
back to us on 0871 226 1145 signed including
your card details. (US domain name require
a re-registration if transferred by the registrar
and not Compila)
Notify our
sales department by email including your Name,
Address, Telephone No, and the transfer code
of the domain once you have faxed the transfer
form back to us.
If all goes well, then
the domain name will take approx 5-7days to
transfer from your existing host onto our
systems.
Renewal - you only pay
us when your domain comes up for renewal and

US
domain names with hosting:
You will need
to go to www.compila.com and buy hosting.
When prompted
for the domain name you require, please put
your domain name in the
second box which says "Transfer / if
you already own a domain name".
Once you have done this,
please ask you current provider to change
the DNS on the domain name to the ones within
your welcome email.
Once this has
updated contact your current provider and
ask them to UNLOCK the domain name and provide
you with the transfer authorisation (EPP)
code.
Please fill
