If you are not happy with your current host, or if they have gone out of business, or you would like to take advantage of our incredible services and prices, you can transfer your domain(s) to us absolutely free of charge (US domains carry a re-registration fee of £7.95 plus VAT, but this adds 1 more year onto the expiry date. Please note your current provider may charge you a fee for moving away from them. Compila do not charge for moving away from us..

Contact your current provider and ask them to change the IPSTAG to COMPILA. You can then sign up for our free web / email redirection manager. |

If you are a new customer, please register your details, by clicking here. Then email sales@compila.com with the email address you registered with along with your domain name so we can add it to your account for you. |

If you are an existing customer, please email us with the domain name you are transferring and email address of the account you would like it to be added to. |

Renewal - you only pay us when your domain comes up for renewal and then you only pay our normal fee for UK domain names (£2.94 + Vat pa). |

You will need to click here to choose your hosting plan. When prompted for the domain name you require, please put your domain name in the second box which says "Transfer / if you already own a domain name". |

Once you have purchased your new hosting, please email sales@compila.com with your domain name and ask us to align the domain and hosting for you. |

Renewal - All of your domain's renewal fees are included within the price of your hosting, so there is nothing more to pay other than the hosting renewal. |

Contact your current provider and ask them to UNLOCK the domain name and provide you with the transfer authorisation (EPP) code.. |

Please fill out the transfer form by clicking on the transfer form button at the end of this guide. Then please ring our sales department on 0871 226 1144 to pay the £7.95 + VAT transfer fee. |

If all goes well, then the domain name will take approx 5-7days to transfer from your existing host onto our systems. Please make sure that your email address is the contact address so you can accept the transfer. |
